Please keep your fence lines clear of vegetation and bushes trimmed. This is a  great time of the year to check your roof gutters and downspouts for any clogging. Please make sure that roof cutter downspout drains are directed away from the foundation of your house to avoid damage to the foundation of your house. P</p> <p>Please check with your elderly neighbors to see fi they need any help in maintaining their lawns and property.</p> <p>By maintaining the exterior of your property, you make the City of Cool Valley A Great Place to Live. </p></div>
